What is the role?

As a FunSquad Leader for our Kingpin Queenstown venue, you will supervise & delegate to the team on shift with a passionate & nurturing style. You will be supported by & also provide support to the management team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. After all, #weareroyal

Who are you?

• A strong & diligent leader; effectively able to supervise shifts and act as a PARTNER to our FunSquad. You strive to deliver REMARKABLE guest experiences and only the best business results
• Natural ability to create positive relationships, dazzle our guests and motivate sales. This is the ultimate recipe for amazing reviews!
• You have extensive availability (across night times and weekends is desirable!)
• Duty manager license is ideal, however not necessary
• The epitome of our values; FUN, REMARKABLE, REAL, OBSESSED, PARTNER
