What is the role? 
 
As the Party Coordinator for our Zone Bowling Wairau venue, your day-to-day will consist of: 

• Leading our amazing Party Host team with confidence and positivity!
• Using your super-duper organisational skills to ensure our guests have a smooth experience
• Confidently engaging in phone calls with our bookings and upselling where possible
• Enthusiastically celebrating birthday parties with children (AKA - having FUN!)

You will be supported by & also provide support to the management team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. 
 
Who are you? 

• A hands on & effective leader; you will act as a PARTNER to your team and deliver REMARKABLE parties to our littlest guests (and their parents!)
• Natural ability to create positive relationships, dazzle our guests & ensure each booking leaves rave reviews!
• You’re a big kid at heart – you LOVE to celebrate birthdays and events (and you love to have fun doing so!)

• Availability across Saturday and Sunday each week
