What we need
 
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ‘hands on’ Technical Facilities Manager to lead the overall operations of the Facilities Department at our Kingpin Macarthur venue.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the facilities team and ensuring the repair and maintenance of bowling machines, machinery, lanes, scoring equipment, building and fittings is of a high standard at all times.
The successful applicant will have a passion and focus for building a highly skilled and motivated technical operations team with a culture of safety, service excellence and fun through continuous development and execution of policies, systems and administration.

  • A trade background (mechanical highly regarded)
  • Experience in hands on supervisory role in any trade. 
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire the team
  • Knowledge of WHS guidelines
  • Strong trouble shooting ability.
  • Ability to adapt, partner and work with a team
  • Ability to complete physical duties as this is a hands on role
