What we need

Based in our Auckland Support Office, we are looking for a part-time, customer savvy Call Centre Agent to answer all phone and live-chat bookings and enquires and communicate with our events specialists regarding relevant enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering high-volume inbound customer enquiries and bookings, ensuring a high level of customer service is upheld
  • Up selling of Timezone, Zone Bowling and Kingpin packages and products that will appeal to our customers
  • Answering inbound customer enquiries and bookings via Live-Chat.

To be successful you will need to have:

  • Experience in a customer service/contact centre/sales environment
  • Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays when required
  • Excellent written and oral communication
