What is the role?

As the Arcade Manager for our Kingpin Queenstown venue, you will lead our Arcade team and Guest Service Attendants with a passionate & nurturing style. You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. After all, #weareroyal

• A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a fast-paced food or retail business
• Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
• Strong understanding of stock management & able to run a slick stocktake operation!
