What is the role?

As the Sous Chef for our Kingpin Queenstown venue, you will assist in leading our kitchen team with a passionate & nurturing style. You will be supported by & work closely with the Head Chef and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. After all, #weareroyal

This role is a  40 hour permanent full-time role and salary is $65-80k.

Who are you?

• A true team player & leader with sound knowledge of how a high-volume kitchen operates
• 3 years experience in a similar role or a New Zealand Level 4 Certificate in Cookery
• Passionate about striving for perfection when it comes to executing the menu to give our guests a consistently remarkable experience
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
• Driven by high standards & able to instil the same pride in your team
